This position can be structured to be a great opportunity for someone in search of an Internship.

The leading wholesale horticulture and landscape supply business in New England is looking for an annual and perennial GROWER. Prior horticultural, greenhouse, nursery or agricultural background is highly recommended.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Daily maintenance (watering, fertilizing and pest management) of crops, as well as monitoring and affecting the progress of plant growth in an effort to meet sales deadlines.

Landscape Buyer

The successful candidate for this full time year round position will:

• Have prior experience in purchasing landscape supplies.
• Locate and cultivate new vendors.
• Negotiate value.
• Keep current on new products available in the industry
• Keep current on new landscape trends within our customer radius.
• Work with sales staff to stay on top of customer requests.
• Work with Inventory and Operations staff to ensure appropriate quality and quantity of purchases.
